Reflexology has been practiced by Ancient cultures all over the world  It has been rediscovered and brought into modern science and holistic therapies worldwide!

Reflexology has many benefits that include stress reduction, promotion of relaxation, assisting functioning of your nervous, circulatory and lymphatic systems, cleansing and detoxifying the body (always drink water after your treatments!), balances your body (homeostasis), revitalizes energy and in some instances it can relieve pain and discomfort if used regularly.

Reflexology is not massage, but by using methods of touch to restore your metabolic balance in your soft tissue.  It is a non invasive treatment where you will remain fully clothed, except your socks of course!

I have chosen to add comforts like a zero gravity massage chair that you have control of to add to your relaxation experience.  I also use essential oils with some treatments and organic lotions and treatments to give your treatment a spa like experience so you leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and renewed!
